I, as well as other agents that I've had "deals" with recently have all noted a VERY SIGNIFICANT increase in both "offers" and "contracts". I mention both "offers" and "contracts" since offers alone don't necessarily equal contracts. You can't get a contract without an offer though. CONTRACTS have increased which is a sign that sellers are understanding the market and pricing their homes accordingly and buyers are out there with a sense of urgency to BUY.

- Sellers are understanding the market and pricing accordingly.
- There is less competition for a buyer.
- There are a lot of homes to choose from.
- You have to live somewhere, so why not take advantage of this window of opportunity. It won't last forever!
